With the new frozen-ice-cream-dumpling in the yeast dumpling variety Süd-Eis is bringing a beloved classic of Alpine cuisine to the foodservice industry and food retail under the “Käfer Feinkost” brand as a dessert creation.

This dessert combines creamy vanilla and fruity plum ice cream with a liquid plum sauce and is topped with a fine poppy seed crumble. For extra authenticity, the plum preparation used comes directly from Tyrol.
