Fantastic creamy Vanilla ice cream with high-quality Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar. Consciously we do not use any animal fat while producing this special product. We were able to find a high-quality coconut oil from organic and sustainable farming which meets our expectations as well as those from Feinkost Käfer located in Munich. But we are happy to announce that we cook the ice cream the classic way with egg yolk in order to achieve the unique and wonderful creaminess. No chemistry used at all - we promise!
